Jan Richards

Jan Richards, a seasoned entrepreneur and business consultant, is at the forefront of implementing planning and mentoring strategies for leaders and teams who aspire to enhance their skills and decision-making abilities. With years of experience in the dynamic Silicon Valley, Jan has an extensive clientele ranging from a broad spectrum of companies, including tech, biotech, financial services, and higher education sectors. Her expertise lies in creating company and team visions, strategic and action plans, prioritization, process management practices, performance measures, and change management strategies. She holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and a BS in journalism from Iowa State University.
