Jan Kennedy

Jan Kennedy is an experienced entrepreneur and CEO at the Academy for Corporate Entrepreneurship (AfCE), where he helps unlock billions of dollars for companies by developing intrapreneurs through end-to-end innovation programs. With extensive experience in lean intrapreneurship, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies and mentored early-stage entrepreneurs at the Founder Institute. Jan's diverse background has seen him work in Silicon Valley, Vienna, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Munich. He is deeply passionate about innovation program design and leveraging entrepreneurial talent inside organizations.

Jan has a First Class Honours degree in Strategy and Marketing and has worked for companies such as Meltwater Group and Intel Corporation. At AfCE, he oversees the design and implementation of a range of programs covering different stages of the innovation process. He enjoys working with AfCE’s team of global mentors, testing and validating critical assumptions with corporate start-up teams.
