As IT Recruiter responsible for all requests from the Dutch Employee Insurance Agency and the Dutch Ministry of Justice, consisting of a.o. the Custodial Institutions Agency and The Public Prosecutor’s Office. Mainly focused on recruiting IT professionals for temporary assignments in the areas of infrastructure, development and projectmanagement. Besides this, responsible for building a business case to include permanent recruitment as part of the company’s services and involved in the implementation of a new CRM system (MS Dynamics NAV).

The Ziggo Assurance project within Conduent (formerly Xerox) is part of the technical support department of Dutch cable company Ziggo (Liberty Global). During this period Ziggo merged with competitor UPC, performed the largest network migration in Dutch history, launched a number of new products and services and has had their technical infrastructure attacked by a number of cyber-attacks.

Responsibilities in the role of Tech Support Agent / Senior Agent:
• Providing technical support to customers in the areas of analog and digital television, phone and Internet services.
• Selling of new products and services.
• Signaling potential disruptions in service and notifying the appropriate departments.
• On a weekly basis, performing duties as Senior Agent, providing support to other agents. In this role responsible for describing and documenting work instructions and training new agents.
