Jan Arnold

Jan Arnold is the Vice President of Sales at Rocco Forte Hotels, a position he has held since November 2019. Based in Frankfurt, Germany, he oversees a team of 24 Regional Sales Directors and Managers across twelve countries, including regions in Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and China.145

Professional Background: Arnold has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having spent 17 years at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts before joining Rocco Forte Hotels. His career at Four Seasons began in Boston as a trainee in operational and administrative departments, which provided him with a comprehensive understanding of luxury hotel operations. He progressed through various sales roles, eventually becoming the Regional Director of Sales for the Frankfurt Worldwide Sales Office and later relocating to Dubai to work at the corporate head office for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.136

Education and Personal Interests: Jan holds an MBA in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Outside of work, he is passionate about golf, enjoys traveling, and has a keen interest in cooking and barbecuing. He also volunteers as a freelance language teacher.124

Arnold is married to his Canadian wife, Mavis, and they have two daughters.1
