Jamie Waterhouse is a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Broker with two decades of industry experience. She is the proud Owner of Black Diamond Real Estate, where she specializes in diverse property types such as Residential Homes, Commercial Properties, Mobile Home Parks, Industrial Buildings, and Multi Family units.

Aside from her real estate expertise, Jamie is also an ATP Corporate Pilot, passionate about sharing the joy of flying with others. Her commitment to providing exceptional experiences is evident in both her real estate and aviation pursuits.

Jamie pursued higher education in Music and completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Management at Stanford University. Her diverse educational background enriches her professional skill set and allows her to approach business challenges with a unique perspective.
