- I am responsible for the entire poker and bingo products, including promotions, affiliates, retention, reactivation, 2nd line customer support, managing budgets and reporting.•	My main goal is to drive both products forward and to ensure maximum profitability on both.•	I report directly to the CEO who lets me have total autonomy of all aspects of both products.•	Since I have been here, I have designed a new poker loyalty scheme, refer a friend and numerous other bonuses, introduced new marketing banners both for use ourselves and for affiliates. We are also going to be joining a bingo network shortly to increase liquidity for our players.

- I was first point of contact for VIPs, dealing with them by email, phone and MSN, obtaining feedback, contacting lapsed VIP’s with offers, profiling of VIP’s etc. I also had a budget to spend on VIP’s each month. Attending VIP events throughout the year. Input in the VIP scheme.•	Dealing with regular reports, site issues, customers and managing any poker agents that were on duty at the same time. Also, assisting in detecting fraudulent play on the site through chip dumping and collusion.•	Regular meetings with the marketing team to suggest new promotions, marketing initiatives etc.•	Helping with acquisition, retention and reactivation of players including email campaigns, segmentation and suggesting ways to increase customer life cycle.•	Helping train new staff in how to play poker, MicroGaming software and the poker site in general.

- I started at Mansion in August 2004 before the company launched, as a customer service specialist. Within 2 weeks I had been promoted to customer service team manager. I then moved to the poker department when this launched in January 2006 as a poker agent. I was then promoted to poker tournament analyst within 2 weeks.•	My main role as poker tournament analyst involved creating and maintaining our tournament schedule, ensuring that all tournaments were set up correctly and are displayed on the site at the correct time. Looking at competitor’s sites and their tournament offerings and suggesting and implementing improvements to our schedule whenever possible.•	Using Data Warehouse and other internal systems to provide analysis on Poker players. •	Compiling presentations using Powerpoint, Excel and other applicable applications.•	Assisting the marketing team on possible future promotions and/or bonuses for groups of players.•	Managing a team of Poker Operators. •	As customer service team manager, my role involved training, recruiting and general management of a team of up to 10 agents on my shift.•	Helping with new and upcoming projects such as Poker, Casino and Mobile Betting.•	Ensuring all customers were dealt with in a professional manner and any complaints dealt with promptly and effectively.•	I started here before the company launched, so I assisted with putting together guidelines and processes for when we launched.•	I was made redundant in September 2007 and came back to the UK for a while, living on these funds.
