Jamie Lin is a seasoned technology innovator with over 25 years of experience in driving digital transformation and delivering business value through IT, cloud, platform, security, and AI solutions. With a background in Electrical Engineering from both Washington University in St. Louis and Saint Louis University, Jamie has held various leadership roles in organizations like AstraZeneca, Road Map Technologies, LLC, Lumen Technologies, Centene Corporation, Washington University School of Medicine, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Saint Louis University. At Lumen Technologies, Jamie served as the Director of Enterprise Architecture, Director of Cloud Infrastructure & AI, and Director of IT Operations Center (IOC), where he spearheaded initiatives to align architecture vision with digital transformation, develop ITOps, DataOps, DevOps, SecOps, and AIOps/MLOps platforms, and enhance security standards and governance.
