Jamie Johnson

Jamie Johnson is a professional with extensive experience in working with Home Builders, Condo Developers, and families at Westridge Cabinets and Signal Hill Equity Partners (SHEP).

Having joined SHEP in 2013 after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Jamie has contributed significantly to enhancing support mechanisms for a manufacturing company in Central Alberta.

With the fluctuations in the energy economy in Western Canada, Jamie navigated challenges in recruitment, talent retention, and market demand through strategic process modifications and operational improvements.

Adapting to the changing economic landscape in 2014 when oil prices dropped, Jamie shifted focus towards customer interaction, engaging with clients and suppliers to enhance service and product quality.

Through exposure to various facets of the organization like Human resources, Manufacturing, Sales, and Customer Service, Jamie provided unique perspectives internally and externally, implementing process/procedures that positively impacted customer requirements.

Jamie's tenure in the operations team spanning 4 years has honed skills in developing and implementing new processes to adapt to a rapidly changing economy, ensuring effective completion of projects and client satisfaction.

Jamie's educational background includes high school at Lakefield College School, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University.

Prior professional experience includes roles as a Consultant at Carpedia International, Operations Improvement at SHEP, Junior Analyst at SHEP, and Pro Shop Assistant at Maple City Country Club (MCCC).
