Jamie Jenkins

Jamie Jenkins is a highly experienced professional with a background spanning over 20 years in enterprise transformation, design thinking, facilitation, global delivery, and internal auditing.

Currently, Jamie holds the role of Senior Manager in the Acceleration Center Strategy Team at PwC, where they lead the Transformation Leadership Program that influences the organization's strategic initiatives.

Apart from their role at PwC, Jamie is actively involved in coaching and facilitating internal transformation projects, emphasizing a tailored approach to address unique challenges in each situation.

Jamie designed the Enterprise Transformation Leadership Program to foster a community of change agents within the organization, promoting knowledge sharing, skill enhancement, and long-lasting mindset, people, and process changes.

With a profound belief in nurturing relationships and fostering a culture of learning and growth, Jamie excels in building connections both in their professional endeavors and personal life.

Outside of work, Jamie is the President of the Board at Gasparilla Festival of the Arts, a prominent juried art festival in the US, showcasing a commitment to giving back to the community and a passion for creativity and arts.

Additionally, Jamie is actively engaged as a mentor and member of the University of South Florida Women in Leadership and Philanthropy organization, supporting and guiding college women to become the future women leaders.

Jamie holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Florida and a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Furthermore, Jamie has pursued various professional development courses at institutions like Strategyzer Academy and IDEO U to enhance their skillset in areas such as business modeling, value proposition design, and human-centered service design.
