- Leading the Proposition and Innovation team to develop engaging, customer centric, world class game propositions to drive growth across draw based games and GameStore categories- Managing a portfolio of projects to maintain a pipeline of delivery across a team of 6 heads promoting collaborative working to ensure cross company alignment- Build and leverage key stakeholder relationships across marketing, insight, digital, finance and legal and regulatory to enable informed decision making against a well-defined brief

Head of Propositions and Innovation

- Responsible for leading the online identity (Sky iD) and payments product development and management team working with multiple product, technology, test and marketing teams to define and deliver frictionless and engaging customer journeys across our entire online portfolio- Drive the short, medium and long-term product strategies for both Sky iD and Sky Payments. Increasing conversion rates to deliver increased usage and revenue- Define product objectives, KPI’s through development of customer propositions, product roadmaps, journey optimisation, technical development (agile) and budget management

Head of Sky iD & Services

- Management and leadership of the Channel Mobile app portfolio covering Sky Sports, News and Movies- Responsibility and accountability for product roadmap, managing updates and prioritising work streams, working with the finance and technology teams to ensure its accuracy- Close collaboration with Sky Sports, Sky News and Entertainment, championing mobile and developing innovative mobile products and services that drive value to subscribers and create new revenue streams- Strong working relationship with all internal stakeholders, developing relationships with 3rd party partnerships to optimise proposition development and management within those channels

Head of Mobile Product Development

- Point person for Sky Movies product development, providing a key contact for Senior Directors, Executive and Movies, Customer Group and SPG teams- Drive the Movies product strategy, working closely with all product development teams facilitating product reviews and demos with key stakeholders and Senior Management- Guardian of the Sky Movies product roadmap, facilitating review cycles, prioritisation, development, and delivery- Drive efficiency and consistency across both STB and OTT product platforms, ensuring that product requirements and priorities are clearly defined

Cross Product Lead - Sky Movies

- Responsible for proposition development, management and delivery of Sky Go, Sky’s online and mobile TV platform- Ownership of Sky Multiroom, additional set top box placement within the home- Key member of the strategic product team, working closely with design and development to continually drive product growth- Management of the Sky Anywhere team (4 heads) managing product propositions and delivering effective and inspiring marketing plans- Senior stakeholder management, effectively communicating and presenting to Senior Management including executive team- Management of Sky Go and Multiroom P&L’s, leading performance reviews and associated re-forecasting activity

Head of Sky Anywhere

- Management of the Sky Protect team (4 heads) with overall responsibility for Sky Protect and Sky’s Accessories through 3rd party management of Domestic & General and UEI respectively- Management of both Sky Protect and Sky Accessories P&L’s (multi million pound)- Day-to-day relationship management of Domestic and General and UEI- Contractual responsibility for both commercial relationships, leading restructure and renegotiation activity as required- Full product management responsibility covering product development, marketing campaign delivery and day-to-day operational management- Active member of the Partnership Products Senior Management/Strategy team setting short, medium and long term business objectives to ensure profitability in line with agreed targets

Commercial Controller - Sky Partnership Products

- Key member of the Third Party Product Management Team, responsible for the Sky Repair Plan (now Sky Protect), Sky Accessories and Sky Gnome- Close working relationship with Third Party Products - Operations Team and other cross functional teams to develop robust budget supporting plans- Day-to-day commercial management of Domestic and General- Manage outbound data strategy with responsibility for data supply to Domestic and General

Product Manager - Third Party Products

- Head of the Product Management Team- Manage the product development plan, producing short and long term plans for NPD including product life cycle analysis, gap analysis and monitoring competitor activity- Actively involved with both concept creation and development, working closely with the R&D team and with external design consultants- Prepare business plans incorporating financial analysis detailing costs, benefits and payback- Prepare detailed launch plans outlining all marketing, sales and PR activity
