Provide strategic and creative direction for CAF brand, campaign, event and fundraising initiatives. Manage daily aspects of all creative works, ensure brand and logo consistency within CAF and partners, and develop all CAF apparel and promotional items.

• Conceptualized and executed the 2015 “Gift Their Active” Holiday fundraising campaign which raised $312,000; a 375% increase in donations from the previous year.

• Successfully wireframed, designed, and launched the new www.challengedathletes.org website, optimized specifically for digital and mobile platforms.

• Coordinator and photographer of photoshoots that generated authentic content for partners, sponsors and media.

• Designed and developed all CAF signature event materials, including but not limited to: adverts, apparel, brochures, one-sheets, programs, rack cards, signage, and sponsor guides.

• Conceived and implemented the #TeamCAF campaign, a 360-marketing campaign awarded by the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce as the Most Innovative Marketing Campaign for a Small Business in 2015.

Marketing Manager

Responsible for marketing services and tactical sales support for a family-owned business that markets apparel to retailers and distributors that cater to socially active communities worldwide.

Key Accomplishments:

• Developed strategic plans and tactical marketing services resulting in 400% sales growth in 2013.

• Designed and distributed all print and digital marketing materials including, but not limited to: catalogs, brochures, direct mailers, sell-sheets, www.teamphun.com, among others. 

• Conceived and implemented viral and social-media programs, including the #PHUNFORALL campaign recognized by the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce as the Most Innovative Marketing Campaign for a Micro Business in 2014.

• Conceptualized and developed online and in-store promotions, POP displays, value-added product 
accessories, and product merchandising to support retail sell-through. 

• Evaluated, designed and staged company trade show exhibits; sourced and managed company event participation in Vans Warped Tour® and Paul Mitchell’s SuperGirl Pro™.
