Jamie Douraghy is a multi-talented individual with expertise and experience in coaching, entrepreneurship, and creative arts. He has worked with various organizations and established his own companies, earning multiple national and international accolades in the process. Jamie holds a MA in International Relations from Syracuse University, and has studied History and French Studies.
Jamie has worked as a Gallup Certified Strengths Finder Coach, Conversational Intelligence® Certified, and WHY Coach at Life Work Integration. He has also facilitated workshops for Executive Leadership Network and co-founded an award-winning comic book company, to mention a few of his accomplishments. He's spent the last 30 years as a competitive fencer and has written a book, delivered a TEDx talk, and volunteered many local and global roles.
As a coach and a mentor, Jamie works with his clients and teams to help them discover their WHY, focus on HOW to be great at WHAT they do, and develop WHO they are. He has served in various leadership roles, such as Chair Global Growth Team and Chapter President Los Angeles, at Entrepreneurs' Organization. He is also an Official Member at L.A. Biz Leadership Trust, where he has leveraged his expertise to empower business growth.
