Jamie Dolkas

Jamie Dolkas is an accomplished attorney specializing in employment and civil rights law, with a particular emphasis on sex discrimination in employment and education. Currently, Jamie serves as the Director of women's leadership programming and development.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts with Highest Honors in Political Science and Women's Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Furthermore, Jamie pursued a Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude (Top 25% Class Rank) from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

In terms of professional experience, Jamie has held various key positions in organizations. Currently, Jamie is the Director of Women's Leadership & an Adjunct Law Professor at the Center for WorkLife Law, UC Hastings College of the Law. Previously, Jamie served as a Staff Attorney at Equal Rights Advocates, a Research Attorney for Presiding Judge James McBride, and a Research Fellow at the Center for Worklife Law, U.C. Hastings College of the Law and the Civil Justice Clinic at the same institution. Additionally, Jamie has experience as a Law Clerk at Lewis, Feinberg, Lee, Renaker, Jackson.

Jamie also contributed to the academic realm as a Peer Educator in Public Health Class at U.C. Berkeley, showcasing a dedication to both legal advocacy and education.
