Jamie Mielke

Jamie Crouse is an accomplished human resources director, business owner, and former technical recruiter. She began her academic journey at University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where she earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources. Later, she received her MBA in Business and Human Resources from University of Maryland College Park.

Jamie's experience in human resources is vast and includes positions such as Director Human Resources, Global Manufacturing Solutions at Plexus Corp. and Director of Human Resources - Engineering Solutions at Plexus Corp. She has also worked in technical recruitment and held management positions. Jamie was formerly Senior On-Premise Manager/Human Resources Generalist at Aerotek and Technical Recruiter at IQ Resource Group. She has even owned her own business, Precision Athletics.

In addition, Jamie has served on the board of the Oshkosh Community YMCA. Her professional successes are a testament to her talent, dedication, and commitment to developing individuals and organizations.
