Jamie Brickhouse

Jamie Brickhouse is an accomplished publishing professional, memoirist, freelance writer, and lecturer. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Trinity University and a graduate certificate in Publishing from the Radcliffe Publishing Course, he has had a long and storied career in the publishing industry. He has held a variety of senior positions, including Vice President, Executive Director of Publicity at Basic Books, Perseus Books Group, Vice President, Executive Director of Publicity at Perseus Books Group, and Associate Director of Publicity at St. Martin's Press. Brickhouse is also the founder and CEO of redBrick Agency, a successful speaking and literary agency that he has since left in order to focus on his writing and speaking career. He is the author of the critically acclaimed memoir Dangerous When Wet: A Memoir of Booze, Sex, and my Mother and is a sought-after keynote speaker and lecture agent.
