Jamie Bond

Jamie Bond is a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner with a rich background in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry, boasting experience in both Human Resources and Engineering. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.

Throughout her career, Jamie has held several key roles at Lutron Electronics, including HR Business Partner for Engineering, IT, and Global Mobility Program Manager. She has also served as HR Business Partner for Operations and the Global Mobility Program. Prior to her shift to HR, Jamie worked as a Senior Design and Development Engineer, College Relations Leader, Design and Development Engineer, Project Electrical Engineer at Lutron Electronics, and as a Design Engineer at Micro-Coax.

With a passion for talent management, technical partnerships, and change management, Jamie excels in partnering with technical organizations to help them achieve their objectives successfully.
