Jamie Adams is a seasoned professional with a strong focus on asset management in the US Real Estate Group. Currently, Jamie oversees assets in the hospitality, senior living, and multi-family sectors, particularly dealing with opportunistic/value-add or new development investments across various locations like Philadelphia, Ft. Worth, Miami, and more.

With an educational background that includes a BA in Economics from Princeton University and previous roles at The Linsly School, Jamie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of asset management.

As the Managing Director at The Carlyle Group, Jamie is responsible for leading asset teams, implementing business plans, overseeing renovation work, managing refinancings and loan modifications, maximizing NOI with management companies, making deal decisions with JV partners, managing capex projects, and overseeing asset dispositions to achieve extraordinary returns for investors.
