James Wilson

James Wilson is a business consultant with a strong focus on small business development in emerging markets, with a track record of establishing 5 businesses in Australia and Cambodia across 3 different industries.

He is the Director of multiple businesses, including for-profit businesses and social enterprises employing 50 individuals in Cambodia.

James has extensive experience providing coaching and consulting services to over 50 SMEs, aiding them in defining goals, troubleshooting problems, and enhancing revenue and profitability.

His current projects involve serving as a Senior Business Consultant for SMEs in Accelerator Programs in Phnom Penh and leading the design and launch of Cambodia's premier online Business Information & e-Learning Platform at Ngeay Ngeay, aimed at assisting SMEs in official registration and scaling in Cambodia.

Educationally, he holds a Master of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Canberra, along with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Sustainable Business from Griffith University.

James is actively involved in various organizations, including being the Co-Founder & Senior Business Consultant at SHE Investments, and previously holding positions such as Director at Ngeay Ngeay, Business Owner at Lot 369 Cafe and Bar, and Director, Physiotherapist at Back In Motion Health Group.
