James White is an accomplished engineering manager with a wealth of experience in the Aerospace and Defense, Oil & Gas and semiconductor market segments. With over 15 years of experience in product development and engineering, he has developed cross-functional, cross-site engineering teams that have a proven track record of success. James has expertise in developing engineering strategies and harmonizing them with company goals in order to manage new product development and introduction (NPD & NPI). He is also adept at talent development and has a three-fold strategy for developing his team members, which includes communicating the engineering strategic goals, developing the engineering team, and working with human resources to mentor and teach interns. James studied Aerospace Engineering at the University of Florida, where he obtained both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree.
