James Webster is the CEO and founder of ROK Financial, a company dedicated to helping local businesses grow across the country through innovative financing solutions.

With almost 21 years of experience in financing and payment processing, James has honed his skills from managing sales floors at a young age to leading successful businesses.

In 2020, James co-founded ROK Financial after the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic led to the restructuring of his previous business, National Business Capital and Services, with a focus on supporting small businesses.

Passionate about identifying and investing in businesses' strengths, James is committed to helping them succeed and reach new heights.

As the co-chairman of the Small Business Financing Association Broker Council, James advocates for clear, secure, and fair financing solutions for small businesses while educating policymakers and regulators on emerging technology-driven lending platforms.

Based on Long Island, James is an active member of the community, supporting local businesses and charities, including donating meals to Feeding America for every business funded by ROK Financial.

In his free time, James enjoys outdoor activities like motorcycle riding, boating, fishing, and skiing, but his greatest joy comes from spending time with his family.
