James "Jamie" L. Wagner

James "Jamie" L. Wagner is a Library Associate at the Pikes Peak Library District (PPLD) in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He has held this position since October 2016.1

As a Library Associate, Wagner's responsibilities include:

• Planning, coordinating and promoting programs and major events at PPLD. This involves surveying customers on training needs, developing schedules, and analyzing attendance to improve results.1
• Providing device, computer, and 3D printing support to library patrons, escalating issues to the tech support department when needed.1

In addition to his work at PPLD, Wagner is also the Founder and Integrated Marketing Consultant at B-Cause Integrated Marketing and Communications, a position he has held since January 2014.1 In this role, he develops and implements multichannel marketing and communications strategies to help medium-sized companies and nonprofits grow their businesses.

Wagner has also served as a University Lecturer at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where he shared his real-world marketing expertise with students in the classroom from November 2016 to June 2017.1

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business and Marketing from DePaul University.1
