James Wade is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure, data management, and strategic planning. As the Director of IT Infrastructure at GuideWell Companies, he oversees the day-to-day operations, governance, and cost management of the distributed, storage, mainframe, and data center infrastructure for the organization. He graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Prior to his role at GuideWell Companies, James held various leadership positions in the IT industry. He served as the Enterprise IT Operations Director at Crowley Maritime, Enterprise Server, Database, and Storage Technology Manager at Altria, and Senior Manager of Distributed Systems at Black Knight Financial Services.

In addition to his professional experience, James has also served as the Head Baseball Coach (JV) at Pacetti Bay Middle School.
