James Sparks

James W. Sparks is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and diverse work experience.

He holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in addition to a BA in Political Science and Government from Texas Tech University.

James currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at NetJets, where he utilizes his expertise in sales and leadership.
