James Sutton

James Sutton is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in law, accounting, and taxation. He holds an LLM in Tax Law from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, a JD in Law from Stetson University College of Law, and a Master's in Accountancy with a concentration in tax from the Mississippi State University - College of Business and Industry. Additionally, he obtained his B.A. in Accounting from Stetson University.

James has held various high-level positions throughout his career, including Shareholder - CPA/Attorney at Moffa, Sutton, & Donnini, P.A., Chairman of State and Local Taxation at American Academy of Attorney-CPAs, Adjunct Professor in LLM Tax Program - Sales and Use Tax at Boston University School of Law, CFO/In-House Counsel at Gordon Orr & Associates, LLC, President, Co-Founder, & Shareholder at Strategic Tax Consultants, Inc., and Adjunct Professor of Law at Stetson University College of Law.

Previously, James worked at Arthur Andersen and Eubank & Betts, where he gained considerable experience in taxation law. Besides, James also worked as a life guard at Walt Disney World.
