James Stubblefield

James Stubblefield is the founder of Reading Glue, an ed-tech startup dedicated to offering educators and parents data tracking tools and reading materials to enhance student performance. He has a diverse background, ranging from being a finalist in the Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Global Education Challenge to serving as a mentor at The Starter League. With over 8 years of experience in business development and strategic new market entry, and 15 years in project management from design to product launch, James brings a wealth of expertise to the table. He studied Web Development - Ruby on Rails at the Starter League (formerly Code Academy) and has a background in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Northern Illinois University. Additionally, he has taken courses in Tool & Die related theory. James has held various roles in different organizations, including serving as a Senior Rails Developer at Eight Bit Studios, a Teacher Assistant at the University of Chicago, and roles in leadership and engineering at several companies.
