Before taking up his current position as President and CEO at J&J Termite and Pest Control, James previously worked as Route Supervisor at M&M Termite and Pest Control, Branch Operations Manager at Stanley Steemer, Sales and Office Manager at Kahoe Air Balance, Receiving Associate at The Home Depot, Human Resources Manager at Maxitrol Company, and Human Resources Administrator at L&W Engineering Company.
