James Singler

James Singler is a seasoned attorney specializing in estate planning, probate and trust administration, taxation, wealth transfers, planning for individuals with special needs, elder care law, including Medicaid planning, and business succession planning.

With a background in politics and business management, James holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College.

During his career, James has provided counsel on the formation and ongoing representation of private foundations, public charities, and non-profits, and has a track record of successful arguments in court, including the Twelfth Appellate District Court of Appeals in Ohio.

James Singler has also interned for Member of Parliament Nicholas B. Harvey in the United Kingdom, who served as the Secretary of State for Health at the time.

Apart from his professional commitments, James values family time and enjoys being with his 5-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter.
