Having studied BSc (Hons) in Pharmacology and Molecular Genetics at Kings College London, James Sheppard has a solid educational foundation in life sciences.

Throughout his career, James held various key roles in prestigious organizations, showcasing his leadership and industry knowledge. He served as the Executive Director - International Head of Asset Management at Kadans Science Partner and also as an Expert Evaluator & Mentor at EITHealth. Additionally, he founded JPS Advisory Ltd and contributed as a workspace advisory group member in the Mayor of London's office.

James Sheppard's professional journey includes significant roles such as Head of Life Sciences at Cushman & Wakefield, Head of Venture Mentoring at Imperial College London, and Manager of Community & Programs at Imperial Enterprise Lab. He has also been involved in university advising, challenges curation, advisory services, and marketing within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
