James Shepherd

James Shepherd is a seasoned banker with more than 25 years of extensive experience in retail, commercial, leverage finance, and corporate banking sectors. He has a proven track record of excelling in relationship management and driving new business growth.

James completed his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Financial Services at Sheffield Hallam University and furthered his education at the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Throughout his career, James has held significant roles in various organizations. He served as the Head of Corporate Banking for South West at HSBC and previously held leadership positions such as Head of Corporate Banking for Avon, Gloucestershire & Wiltshire, Head of Corporate Banking for Gloucestershire, Wiltshire & Dorset, Senior Corporate Manager, World Travel Sabbatical, Premier Strategic Development Manager, Area Retail Branch Manager, Head of Personal Banking for West & Wales Division, Head of Leverage Finance for West & Wales, and Risk Officer at HSBC Bank Malta. He also served as a Manager at HSBC.
