James Schulman

James Schulman is a seasoned design strategist and strategic partner with a focus on translating client challenges into actionable plans and managing design and development programs effectively.

Utilizing qualitative and quantitative research methods, James incorporates business, brand, capability, and marketplace considerations to gain insights into consumer experiences, helping companies better understand and dominate their markets.

He excels in leading cross-disciplinary creative projects combining a holistic viewpoint with attention to detail, turning insights into impactful solutions through collaborative workshopping, modeling, and prototyping to drive products, services, and experiences that deeply engage consumers.

James Schulman pursued an MDes in Product Design at IIT Institute of Design and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester. He also studied at the National Outdoor Leadership School.
