James Riach is a talented writer, musician, and aspiring filmmaker with a passion for creative endeavors. He studied Creative Writing at the University of Montana and has been nominated for the prestigious 2020 Pushcart Prize. Professionally, James currently serves as an Account Executive at Submittable, a popular submission management platform that helps businesses streamline their submission and application processes. Prior to this role, James held several positions at Submittable, including Sales Development Representative and Customer Experience Representative.
Before joining Submittable, James worked in sales at Zale Jewelers, Riddle's Jewelry, Sears, and AT&T. These experiences have given him a unique perspective on the importance of customer service and relationship building.
