Reporting to the company's Chief People Officer,  this role leads a variety of initiatives to enhance the INTO employee experience across a global and disparate employee base of around 1,700 employees across corporate, sales, academia and student support functions (mainly in US, UK and Asia).

Key responsibilities: delivering all elements of INTO's global Employee Value Proposition across employee communications and engagement, learning & development, performance management, talent and succession management, and recognition programmes. 

Key achievements: led the research, creation, design, delivery of INTO's Employee Value Proposition, creation and delivery of INTO's global performance management process, creation of INTO's employee engagement and communications platforms and channels, formation and leadership of INTO's global Learning & Development and Employee Engagement & Communications teams, delivery and leadership of INTO's first global senior leadership conference and ongoing events.
