James Preston

James Preston is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in youth services, program management, operations, and education.

He holds a BA Honours in Business Studies from Bournemouth University, complemented by his previous studies at King Edwards School, Bath.

Currently serving as the Director of Youth Services at Reed in Partnership, James has showcased his leadership skills in managing youth programs and services.

His prior roles at Reed in Partnership, including NCS Programme Director, Senior Operations Manager, Quality and Curriculum Coordinator, and Operations Manager, have honed his expertise in organizational management.

James has also demonstrated his commitment to community service through his trustee positions at Special Needs and Parents (SNAP) and Supporting Asperger Families in Essex.

Before his career in youth services and program management, James gained valuable experience as a Police Officer at Essex Police, further enhancing his skill set.

His early professional journey includes roles such as Marketing Executive at Datamonitor and Course Director at Marbella Design Academy.
