James Perry is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the tech industry.
Having facilitated funding exceeding US$160 billion for tech companies and advising on mergers totaling over US$100 billion, James is well-versed in financial strategies and deal-making.
He has been instrumental in guiding over 40 companies through their IPO processes on major stock exchanges like NYSE, NASDAQ, and HKSE.
