James Pan is a dedicated professional with a passion for understanding the economics of business. He holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the University of California, Irvine (The Paul Merage School of Business), a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and an AA in Machine Technology from Orange Coast College. With a diverse educational background, James has acquired a strong foundation of knowledge spanning business, marketing, engineering, and technology.

Throughout his career, James Pan has held various key positions in renowned organizations, showcasing his versatility and expertise within the industry. He currently serves as a Product Manager at Masimo. Previously, he excelled as a Product Line Manager at Panasonic Avionics Corporation and Thales, as well as Principal Marketing Manager at Rockwell Collins. Prior to this, he navigated roles at Parker Aerospace in Business Development and Manufacturing Engineering. Furthermore, James has entrepreneurial experience, having been the Founder/CEO of WorthTheRun. His professional journey also includes positions at Eaton Aerospace, Stork Materials Technology Group, Johnson Capital, and the United States Marine Corps.
