I set Polar up to focus on IT recruitment in Asia as a lifestyle business while I fulfilled some life goals of a motorbike across Vietnam and travelling around Thailand and Cambodia. The focus was mid to senior level roles in addition to advisory and strategy services. Clients were small to medium-sized companies in the Cloud, Hosting, Infrastructure, Data Center, Big Data and Analytics sectors. The business was linked to a charity called "helmets for life" set up to donate helmets to the children and adults of Bangkok who couldn't afford them. I closed the business down to accept a new corporate role in HK.

Having opened and developed the Asia business from scratch as the Consulting Director based in Singapore, I am responsible for the full p&l and driving business in the region focusing predominantly on senior level Sales & Marketing professionals in the Managed Technology, Cloud Computing, SW, Analytics, Big Data and Financial Technology sectors. 

I am involved in the strategic growth and development of the business, expanding the Technology and Sales & Marketing client base across all divisions including Managed Technology, Cloud and Financial Technology Divisions. I also remain one of the primary recruiters for Henderson Scott’s key clients responsible for the successful delivery on senior level sales & Marketing professionals.

Through building strategic relationships and focusing on delivering timely and accurate results for our clients, I have managed to strengthen and build long standing relationships. 

Using primarily a proactive headhunt approach, I continue to supply our clients with a delivery focused service where our aim is to provide candidates of the highest standard whilst ensuring we work to our client’s parameters.
