This required the creation of policies, procedures and manuals for the new approach.  Also required new application development with associated documentation for future growth.  Achieved positive results through consensus and team building of Senior and Mid-level management.•	Created the first ever 3 dimensional Electrical compartments of a US Navy Guided Missile Cruiser in Computervision CADDS for the company to support the Digital Data Transfer project.  This was a Department of Defense contract to share CAD model data between non-heterogeneous platforms.
