James Morris

James Morris is an experienced Training Specialist with expertise in the SaaS/Cloud space, particularly in HR software. With 18 years of professional services experience in both public and private sectors, he has worked with Fortune 500 and Global 1000 organizations worldwide. He has a strong emphasis on implementing, training, and effectively adopting HCM, HRIS, ERP, and Recruitment Marketing systems. With a specialization in development, design, and delivery of role-based, blended learning curriculum, Morris has extensive experience in conducting virtual and instructor-led trainings. He possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, which have helped build positive relationships with clients and team members. Morris has used technologies such as Camtasia, Skype, Visio, and WebEx, among others, to deliver virtual training, and has also written documentation including user guides and workbooks.

Morris has also worked as a Senior Education Consultant at SmashFly Technologies, an Implementation Consultant at SmashFly Technologies, and an HCM Implementation Consultant at Fairsail (Sage People). Before that, he was the Director of Training at IBM Kenexa, a Senior Training Consultant at BrassRing LLC, and an Account Manager at BrassRing LLC.
