James Mold

James Mold is a Product & Program Manager known for his expertise in building digital banks and advocating for Agile methodologies. In addition to his professional roles, he is also a part-time Python developer and a devoted supporter of the Tottenham Hotspur football club. James is a dedicated father to two daughters.

James completed his education at Guilsborough School, where he studied GCSEs and A Levels in Maths, Physics, and General Studies. He furthered his studies at University College London, U. of London, earning a BSc (Hons) degree in Astrophysics.

Throughout his career, James has held key positions at various prestigious organizations. He was the Head of Product Platforms and former Chief Product Officer at BigPay - Challenge Banking. Prior to this, he served as a Program Manager in Digital Banking at Standard Chartered Bank, and in Equities at Deutsche Bank. His extensive experience also includes roles at UBS Investment Bank, Lehman Brothers, Capco, and NatWest Markets / BT Alex Brown.
