James Lamoureux is a scientist with notable experience successfully applying academic research to the development of useful medical products. He holds a PhD in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from UC Santa Barbara in addition to an MS in Biology from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell and a BS in Biology and Philosophy from Tufts.

Throughout his career, Lamoureux has worked in several organizations, including Cybele Microbiome as a Research Scientist, Stealth Company as a Project Manager for Peptide Synthesis, and BioLabs San Diego as a Lab Manager/Resident Scientist. He has also served as an Analyst at BioInnovation Capital, a PhD Candidate/Graduate Student Researcher at UC Santa Barbara, a Research Associate at Cequent Pharmaceuticals, and a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Massachusetts in Lowell.

In his current role as a Research Scientist, Lamoureux's focus is on developing applications and products that can bring value to both academia and medical practice.
