James Kellermann

James Kellermann is an operations and supply chain expert with a focus on generic and branded pharmaceutical procurement, boasting a wealth of experience in ERP implementation, inventory management, cycle-time reduction, logistics, and automation.

James completed his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from NC State University in 2015, specializing in Biosciences Management and Big Data Analytics. His academic projects involved predictive analytics on drug pricing and future healthcare cost modeling.

He has worked on various notable projects, including leading cross-functional teams to develop a recidivism platform (Alt-Quit) aimed at aiding recovering drug addicts to resist relapse through smart phone technology.

His specialties encompass automation projects, pharmaceuticals, error reduction, procurement, generics, branded products, contract negotiations, logistics, supply chain management, process design, and data analysis using tools like JMP, SAS Enterprise Miner, COGNOS, and SQL.

Currently, James serves as the Director of Pharmaceutical Supply Chain at hims & hers, holding previous roles as the Senior Supply Chain Development Manager, Director of Purchasing at Mutual Drug, Generics Purchasing Director at Carolina Allied Pharmaceutical Services (CAPS), among others.
