From the skills I've developed and refined during my employment at XTRABYTES Ltd, I've ventured into an integral role with the company.  It's my responsibility to open and maintain avenues of communication with DLT asset exchanges. Naturally, I must stay current with both domestic and international regulations regarding digital assets. As XTRABYTES Ltd evolves I will also work to ensure data resource websites are routinely provided with the correct and current information surrounding the project.

I handled all computer responsibilities related to hardware, software, and apple operating systems. As a remote computer technician, I worked from home to provide support to users, troubleshoot issues, run diagnostics, and observe security features. I updated software, repaired any malfunctioning parts, installed new programs, and completed additional IT duties. I listened to the customer’s issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner.

From preparing packing lists to physically packaging outgoing material, I was involved throughout the shipping process. I review and compare transportation costs from different vendors, ensure that the outgoing shipment is accurate and well packaged, track shipments and ensure delivery.Another main responsibility was to receive incoming materials. In this role, I compared what has been shipped with the shipment order, ensure that the materials are in good condition, stock the materials in the warehouse and file all corresponding documentation.It is crucial that warehouses maintain an adequate supply of shipping materials and this duty and this was my responsibility. I conducted a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly inventory of supplies and places orders with vendors as needed.

My responsibilities included maintenance and troubleshooting of all office floor computers.  In addition I was responsible for maintaining a spreadsheet of all computers, and computer hardware in each machine to streamline upgrades, keeping machines on par with industry standards.  I also salvaged computers with failing parts such as motherboards, hard drives, RAM, PSU's and built working machines out of parts from other machines that were not operational aiding in cost effectiveness of streamlining operations.
