James J. Angel
James Angel is an accomplished professor, consultant, and former member of various boards of directors. He holds several degrees from prestigious universities such as Harvard Business School and the University of California, Berkeley. His extensive education and experience in finance and engineering make him a valuable asset in academia and the business world.
Angel is currently an Associate Professor at Georgetown University, where he shares his knowledge with students interested in topics such as financial markets and public policies. His expertise in the field of finance led him to be a consultant for FOLIOfn, a member of the Boards of Directors of the EDGX and EDGA stock exchanges at Direct Edge, and a former Rate Engineer I at Pacific Gas & Electric. Angel's passion for education has also brought him to be a Visiting Academic Fellow at the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
Throughout his career, James Angel has also shared his knowledge of finance by holding positions such as a Visiting Associate Professor at The Wharton School and as a consultant at BARRA (later part of Morgan Stanley then MSCI).
