Tasked with building a PMO to improve the performance and consistency of project management during customer engagements. Responsible for creating the processes and tools needed for project management excellence and built the daily management metrics to determine success and drive continuous improvement.  Additionally managed the team of system engineers responsible for the onsite installation and upgrades of deployed systems and the break/fix support throughout the life of the product.
