James Hurrell

James Hurrell is a highly experienced leader in the field of member engagement and relationship building, with a passion for connecting people and opportunities to create value. He currently works as Member Engagement Manager EMEA at Toniic, a global impact investing community. Prior to this, he co-founded Princípio Capital, a social responsibility-focused investment firm, and served as Client Acquisition Advisor at Woodman Asset Management AG. He also has extensive experience in event production, having founded and produced successful events such as Club Popozuda and Floripa London.

In addition to his work in finance and events, Hurrell has also been involved in youth mentoring and community development initiatives, such as his roles as Founder and Peer Trainer at Tolerance in Diversity and National Youth Coordinator at URI (United Religions Initiative). He also founded the Chrysalis Academy for Social Entrepreneurs and served as General Manager at Bigga Fish.
