James Hayes

James Hayes is a highly experienced renewable energy, energy management, and facilities management consultant at The Stone House Group since 2009.

His expertise lies in project coordination, energy optimization, negotiating/managing energy contracts, and sustainable master plan development.

James is skilled in conceiving and implementing energy project financing plans leveraging federal, state, and utility incentives to achieve triple bottom line results for clients.

He has a successful track record in helping clients develop carbon neutrality plans and in securing grants and incentives totaling over $10 million.

James holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Elizabethtown College and a Sustainable Master's of Business Administration (sMBA) from Green Mountain College.

He has also pursued professional certificates in energy innovation, sustainable energy conversion, and storage.

Additionally, he has attended programs at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University and Harvard Business School.

James has held key positions at The Stone House Group and previously held leadership roles in facilities management at Elizabethtown College.
