James Gripp

James Gripp is a highly experienced individual with a strong background in law enforcement and military service.

He studied BA in History/Education at William Paterson University of New Jersey, showcasing his academic dedication.

James Gripp has an extensive career with the Mount Laurel Police Department, where he held various positions such as Lieutenant, Detective Sergeant, Patrol Sergeant, and Lead Officer.

Prior to his service at MLPD, he was a Police Recruit at the New Jersey State Police Academy (Municipal Class), highlighting his commitment to law enforcement.

In addition to his law enforcement roles, James Gripp also has an impressive military background, having served in various roles at the 2nd Marine Division and 3rd Battalion 6th Marines, including Executive Officer Weapons Company and Platoon Commander.

His experience extends to liaison officer positions, training officer roles, and infantry officer courses, demonstrating his diverse skill set and leadership capabilities.
