James D. "JD" Golden is a prominent figure in the real estate industry, serving as the Founder, Chairman, and President of Domain Communities, a company specializing in value-add multifamily properties.
With a background in law, Mr. Golden started his career as a bond attorney, gaining recognition for his innovative approach in structuring revenue bond issues to fund senior housing and multifamily properties.
Before establishing Domain Communities, he excelled as the Managing Director and leader of the Public Finance Group at the Los Angeles branch of Houlihan Lokey, an esteemed international investment banking organization.
Mr. Golden's academic journey includes graduating with top honors, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Oklahoma City University in 1977, followed by the successful completion of his Doctor of Law (J.D.) in 1982.
