With a career spanning over several years, James has worked in key positions such as Senior Manager - Service Design and Transition at Arm, Transition Manager at King's College London, and Service Transition Manager at News UK.

Before joining Arm, James worked as a consultant at JayFor Services Limited, where he provided strategic advisory services to several organizations. At News UK, he also served as a Transition and Knowledge Manager, where he played an instrumental role in the development and implementation of service transition policies and processes, as well as knowledge management strategies.
