James Flanagan

Jim Flanagan is a retired PwC Partner who has held significant leadership roles within the organization, such as Chief Operating Officer, Vice Chairman, and US Managing Partner. With over 35 years of client service and PwC leadership experience, Jim has a strong background in Transaction Services, specifically in the M&A business, where he led the practice for five years. He later became the US Leader of the Financial Services practice at PwC, overseeing Banking and Capital Markets, Insurance, and Asset Management sectors.
